The Area Manager-Specialty Southeast is responsible for driving business growth and promoting CSL Behring products in the Southeast region. This role requires a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market and regulations, as well as excellent sales and customer relationship skills.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement territory business plans to achieve/exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Health Care Professionals, hospital decision makers/influencers, specialty pharmacies, and distribution channel partners
- Stay up-to-date with current clinical technical literature and represent CSL Behring at local customer meetings
- Travel regularly, including weekends, for customer and corporate meetings and events
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or business field
- Minimum of five years' pharmaceutical sales or relevant experience
- Demonstrated success in field sales and market share growth
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations
