Job Summary:

The Psychologist will provide therapeutic sessions to children, adolescent, and adult patient population in the Multiple Sclerosis Care Center practice based in Livingston. The ideal candidate will have a PsyD or PhD in Clinical Psychology, an unrestricted NJ license, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-focused environment. The Psychologist will work collaboratively with a team of healthcare providers to evaluate contributing factors and develop treatment plans tailored to each client's needs. The role requires excellent communication and documentation skills, as well as the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct clinical services to clients through one-on-one and group sessions
Make assessments on client presenting problems and disorders and provide diagnosis
Create treatment plans using a variety of techniques
Collaborate with healthcare providers to evaluate contributing factors
Measure progress and effectiveness of treatment and adjust as needed
Ensure accurate documentation of sessions
Maintain confidentiality of clients' treatment and records in accordance with HIPAA

Requirements:

PsyD or PhD in Clinical Psychology
Unrestricted NJ license
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-focused environment
Ability to work collaboratively with a team of healthcare providers
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
