About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Dunkin'. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for directing the overall operation of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest service, and driving sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Foster a positive working environment by training, communicating, and building relationships with team members.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient execution of our business plan and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a positive experience and leaves our restaurant satisfied.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial performance of the store, including inventory control, labor management, and cash handling.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous managerial experience in the food service industry, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train team members. Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
