Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve and/or exceed sales targets by generating lead opportunities and signing up new customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve sales performance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient communication and delivery of services.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of the real estate market to identify potential new customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or Equivalent; college degree a plus. Sales experience preferred but we will invest in the needed training and coaching for people with the drive and desire to be successful.
  • Self-motivation, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • A valid driver's license, reliable means of travel, and the ability to meet the company's motor vehicle policy.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • A strong sense of professionalism, integrity, and respect for others.
Estimated Salary:

$50,000 - $60,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience).
