Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve equipment issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with production teams to identify and address equipment-related issues.

Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in a maintenance technician or related role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
  • Skills: Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic knowledge; ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and schematics; excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Certifications: Valid forklift certification and ability to obtain other necessary certifications.
