Position Overview:
TrulyHired is seeking qualified candidates for a full-time Speech Language Pathologist role. This position is essential for supporting students with special educational needs.

Incentives:
Successful candidates will be eligible for a $3,000 Special Education Hiring Incentive. Additional bonuses include:
- $1,000 after the first 30 days of employment
- $500 in the December paycheck
- $500 in the March paycheck

Key Responsibilities:
The Speech Language Pathologist will:
1. Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities.
2. Prepare comprehensive evaluation reports and assist in developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
3. Provide direct therapy and instructional support to students, monitoring their progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
4. Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure effective communication and support for students.
5. Participate in team meetings to support students qualifying for special education services.
6. Maintain intervention schedules for students with IEPs and service plans.
