Key Responsibilities:

  • Place dough balls into clean trays and ensure all dough trays are properly dated, stacked, and down-stacked with the proper number of trays.
  • Maintain rotation practices at the proper cooling temperature(s) to ensure optimal product quality.
  • Maintain and document Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards on cleanliness and sanitation to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the production area.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
