Job Summary: We're seeking a skilled Patient Representative to join our team at Twin County Regional Hospital. As a Patient Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients and their families, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Act as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare teams, facilitating communication and resolving issues in a fair and respectful manner.
  • Assist with patient registration, insurance verification, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and experience.

Requirements:
