About the Job:

This role involves supporting the production of plastic molded parts within the Injection Lab. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of injection molding processes, tooling design, and quality control.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement new injection molding processes for production and prototype parts
  2. Create and document drum coating processes for paint applications
  3. Support production processes on the drum coating machine
  4. Interface with Tooling, Engineering, Quality, and Materials Management personnel

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of injection molding processes and tooling design
  • Experience with process development and quality control
  • Secondary operations experience (decorating, automation, assembly, etc.)

Salary and Benefits:

  • Estimated salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year
