Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant operations in Palestine, TX. As a key member of the Denny's team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and supervision to a single restaurant management team and its employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the restaurant management team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Supervise and develop a team of up to 100 hourly restaurant employees to ensure exceptional customer service and quality food delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Area Manager to develop and implement business plans to drive sales growth and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business results.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
