Job Title: Production Worker

We are seeking a Production Worker to join our team at OLM Food Solutions in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining line equipment, monitoring the process, and assisting the production line with the preparation and packaging of products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on the production line according to procedures
  • Switch positions every two hours and may be required to work other positions within the production facility
  • Follow all safety procedures and participate in safety training
  • Maintain safe and efficient use of equipment, tools, and personnel
  • Report any injury or accident immediately to supervisory and/or any unsafe condition

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to read and comprehend documents, simple instructions, and product labels
  • Electric pallet jack and HACCP certification preferred
