As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy services to children with developmental delays, especially Autism Spectrum Disorders.

About the Role

As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive behavioral skills assessments, developing individualized ABA treatment plans, and leading and supervising a team of therapists. You will also work collaboratively with members of the child's team, family, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral skills assessments
  • Develop individualized ABA treatment plans and programs based on assessment results
  • Lead and supervise a team of therapists
  • Work collaboratively with members of the child's team, family, and other professionals
  • Provide regular training to families and caregivers
  • Write reports and maintain client records
Requirements
  • Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field
  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA or BCBA-D)
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working with children with developmental delays, communication disorders, and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder
