Culinary Instructor

Aramark is seeking a skilled Culinary Instructor to join our team in a correctional facility setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for teaching culinary skills to incarcerated inmates as part of our in2work program.

• Develop and deliver culinary training programs to inmates, focusing on skills development and job readiness.
• Collaborate with facility staff to ensure seamless program implementation and inmate participation.
• Conduct cost analysis of food products and manage kitchen operations to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Communicate effectively with facility administrators and staff to ensure program success.
• Travel to various correctional facilities to deliver training programs and support program implementation.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as culinary arts or education.
• Proven experience in culinary instruction or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently.
