Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in managing the supplies and products coming in and out of our facility, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Accurately receive, store, and dispatch inventory to meet customer demands.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick and palletize customer orders based on sales sheets, ensuring accurate counts and item numbers.
  • Warehouse Operations: Safely operate forklifts to stack racks, load and unload tires from semi-trailers, and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Quality Control: Inspect products for quality and damage, and report any issues to the relevant teams.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: Previous warehouse experience highly preferred, with forklift experience being a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent active listening, verbal, and written communication skills, with strong organizational and time management skills.
