Full-Time Unit Manager 3p-11p

We are seeking a qualified LPN Unit Manager to join our team at Consulate Health Care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing innovative, responsible healthcare and implementing new ideas and concepts to continually improve systems and processes.
Responsibilities:- Assist the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse in recording and charting medical or administrative information.
- Record medical and administrative information in accordance with established charting and documentation policies and procedures.
- Maintain the Daily Census Report and submit to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
- Answer telephone, page calls, and deliver messages to residents as necessary.
- Record resident identification data on designated medical records, wristbands, ID cards, etc.
- Notify the resident's responsible party when there is a change in the resident's condition as instructed.
- Admit, transfer, and discharge residents, and assist in arranging for transportation and packing residents' belongings.
- Assist in completing necessary medical and administrative records upon the resident's admission, transfer, and/or discharge.
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
- Must have two (2) years' experience in a similar position.
- Must hold a valid NC License as an LPN.
- Must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.
