PACE Activities Manager

As a Activities Manager at Sentara PACE, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing activities for participants of the Program for All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE).
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing approved activities for participants
- Ensuring the spiritual development and emotional, physical, and social needs of participants are met
- Participating as a member of the interdisciplinary team
- Completing initial assessments and reassessments and creating and updating participant's care plan
Requirements include:
- Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) certification
- Bachelor's Level Degree
- VA Drivers License
- American Red Cross/First Aid/CPR/AED Certification
