We are looking for a detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the financial accuracy and integrity of our hotel operations during overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management:
    • Balance daily revenue and expenses to ensure financial accuracy.
    • Audit and post guest charges efficiently to maintain accurate records.
  • Guest Experience:
    • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation to support efficient operations.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in hotel night auditing or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software, including property management systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide comprehensive health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and unique perks such as on-site wellness programs, local discounts, and employee rates on hotel stays.
