Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Professional to join our team at Partnerships in Community Living, Inc. As a Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live self-directed lives in their own homes and communities.

Your primary responsibility will be to work in partnership with the individuals you support, helping them make informed decisions about everyday choices, advocating for their rights, and supporting them in maintaining meaningful relationships with their loved ones.

You will also be responsible for providing support with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management, while promoting independence and autonomy.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and be able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

We offer a competitive salary of $18 per hour, as well as a range of benefits, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Be able to regularly lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
  • Be able to be certified and maintain an acceptable level of certification in the Oregon Intervention System (OIS).
  • Be able to be certified and maintain certification in CPR/First Aid.
  • Pass a state/federal Criminal history and protective service investigation check.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen for the use of illegal substances in Oregon.
  • Possess a valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
  • Basic computer skills.
