Job Summary

The Senior Financial Analyst will lead financial planning and analysis processes to drive decision-making and ensure Outsell's business goals are achieved.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead processes for supporting activities and analysis related to the monthly reporting of results, key business metrics, and ad hoc forecasts.
  • Research, establish, track, trend, and report key financial and business metrics.
  • Calculate variable compensation and communicate results with Go-To-Market leadership.
  • Drive process improvements and reporting simplification.
  • Assist with developing annual budgets and ad hoc forecasts.
  • Partner with multiple cross-functional teams in planning and analyzing the business (ex. pricing, variable compensation, project ROI, headcount planning).
  • Create reporting tools and financial models that provide insight into past performance and future trends.
  • Act as a key finance contact to the business and communicate effectively with non-financial leaders.
  • Analyze data to drive actionable outcomes.
  • Demonstrate the values of Outsell in everyday interactions, both inside and outside of the company.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses, special projects, and other duties as assigned.
Professional Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
  • Five (5) years of experience in analysis, modeling, and financial reporting.
  • A combination of education and work experience necessary to perform key responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA.
  • Prior experience working in a SaaS Company.
