Position Overview:
Green Bay Packaging, Inc. is seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance Specialist on the 3rd shift.
The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure the optimal functioning of electrical and mechanical systems across various environments within our manufacturing facility and office spaces. This includes, but is not limited to, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems, as well as general facility upkeep.
The role involves diagnosing and resolving electrical and mechanical challenges, performing preventive maintenance, repairing machinery, and adhering to safety standards. This position typically requires working overnight hours from 10 PM to 6 AM, Sunday through Thursday.Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Conducting preventive maintenance
Diagnosing equipment failures and executing repairs
Installing new machinery and equipment
Replacing and installing lighting fixtures and lamps as necessary
Performing general maintenance tasks
Completing other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Proficient troubleshooting skills and manual dexterity
Strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to climb ladders and operate aerial lifts
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Basic computer proficiency
Capability to manage multiple tasks and work independently or collaboratively
Willingness to work 3rd shift (Sunday - Thursday 10 PM - 6 AM) with potential overtime and weekend shifts
Readiness to undergo training on original equipment manufacturer (OEM) machinery

The Folding Carton Division is a leading manufacturer specializing in folding cartons for a diverse range of industries, including food, beverage, tissue, hardware, and confectionery.
With a workforce of approximately 300 employees, this facility is engaged in the design, printing, and production of folding cartons, trays, and counter displays for a wide array of products and clientele.
