Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Director to lead our Munich branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the branch.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership and Management
  • Oversee the performance of the branch and ensure it meets its targets
  • Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve their best
• Business Development
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
• Customer Service
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on precious metals investments
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly
• Operations
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including budgeting and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
