Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems, including electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Equipment Installation and Alignment: Install, align, and test new equipment to ensure proper operation.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • Quality Control: Inspect and test equipment to ensure it meets quality standards.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve maintenance-related issues.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Working knowledge of electrical systems, electrical troubleshooting, and pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle exposure to temperature changes, and safely work around moving equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a food manufacturing or beverage industry.
  • Training and Certifications: Completion of a State or Federally recognized Apprenticeship Program, PDM (predictive maintenance) skills, and knowledge of TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and HACCP.
