About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Fleet Technician to join our team at the J.R. Simplot Company. As a Mobile Fleet Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our internal fleet of vehicles and heavy equipment. Your goal will be to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

You will work independently and collaboratively with other plant personnel to identify and solve problems, follow safety and operating procedures, and manage your time effectively. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and communicating with other departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general and specific preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment.
  • Participate in identifying and solving problems.
  • Follow all safety and operating procedures.
  • Dismantle, adjust, and repair equipment according to maintenance specifications.
  • Manage work time effectively and respond to production maintenance requests.
