Compensation and Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement consumer and family-centered care in all treatment activities.
  • Gather and analyze data pertinent to consumer care; develop and execute nursing care plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to address medication-related issues and ensure continuity of care.
  • Administer medication services in various settings, including home and community environments.
  • Adhere to established medication management protocols.
  • Promptly report critical lab results to the prescribing medical staff.
  • Ensure that all services provided meet medical necessity standards.
  • Document consumer progress towards recovery goals and maintain compliance with funding directives and HIPAA regulations.
  • Participate in staff meetings to contribute to program development and training initiatives.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
  • Exemplify Pacific Clinics' mission and core values in all professional interactions.

Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an accredited LVN or Licensed Psychiatric Technician program with current California licensure.
  • Possession of a valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, including Word and Excel.
  • Experience working with a culturally diverse clientele is essential; bilingual skills are highly preferred.

Work Environment:
The role may involve exposure to various environmental conditions and requires community outreach and travel as part of the responsibilities. The position entails significant communication with community members and adherence to Pacific Clinics' guidelines and practices.
