Skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Soliant Health is in search of a dedicated and knowledgeable Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality speech and language therapy services to clients in the Portsmouth, Virginia region.

Position Overview:
  • On-site services preferred
  • Manage a mild to moderate caseload
  • Full-time commitment required
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Virginia state licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is a plus
  • Prior experience in speech and language therapy settings
  • Familiarity with AAC devices
  • Experience with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform assessments of speech, language, and swallowing capabilities
  • Create tailored treatment plans for clients
  • Deliver therapy services aimed at enhancing communication abilities
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals and family members
