Job Details

Fortune Careers Limited is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. This is a full-time, direct hire position with an excellent relocation package and a competitive salary of $**$125,000** per year.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care nursing and be able to provide exceptional care to patients in a fast-paced and high-stress environment. As a Registered Nurse in our ICU, you will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to monitor and treat critically ill patients, while also participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assess and document patient progress and response to treatment, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  • Provide direct patient care in the ICU, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing procedures as needed.
  • Educate patients and their families on their conditions and treatment plans, promoting understanding and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Requirements:

  • Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of Idaho.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in intensive care/critical care nursing.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
