Psychiatrist Opportunity in Eastern North Dakota

We are seeking a skilled Psychiatrist to join our team at Physician Empire, serving the community in Eastern North Dakota. This is a permanent opportunity that offers a unique chance to work with a diverse patient population.
Location and SettingThe position is based in a thriving university town with Division 1 sports. The town boasts a rich cultural scene, excellent schools, and a high quality of life. With easy access to major cities like Fargo (75 miles) and Devils Lake & Red Lake (90 miles), you will have endless opportunities for entertainment, shopping, and outdoor activities.
About the RoleAs a Psychiatrist on our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced multidisciplinary team, including LCSW and LMSW social workers, a health coach, nurse, and psych technicians. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with a range of mental health needs. Our clinic operates from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with flexible scheduling options to suit your needs.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a highly competitive salary of $300,000 per year, or your weighted relative value unit (wRVU), whichever is greater. In addition, you will receive a generous sign-on bonus of $100,000 over a 3-year commitment. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as 401(k) and 457(b) retirement plans. We also provide paid malpractice insurance, including tail coverage, and relocation assistance.
