Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business processes and derive functional requirements
  • Design functional processes by analyzing requirements and constructing workflow charts and diagrams
  • Create conceptual, logical, and physical data model structures
  • Describe data attributes and understand data relationships and dependency rules
  • Design graphical user interfaces and integrate business functions and services
  • Assist in the development of test scripts and ensure functional accuracy through peer review
  • Participate in aspects of SIT execution and defect reviews, and support user acceptance testing
  • Recommend controls by identifying gaps and designing solutions to automate manual processes
  • Provide process methodology support to team members and projects, and maintain system documentation
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of IT experience as a Senior Business Systems Analyst
  • Familiarity with diverse technologies and platforms
  • Familiarity with Agile techniques and tools, such as Scrum, Kanban, and Jira
  • Solid experience in writing SQL queries, including unions, inner and outer joins
  • Basic Excel manipulations, pivot tables, lookup functions, and substring manipulations
  • Ability to work with multiple collaborators to assemble functional requirements
  • Clear communication skills, with good verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and focus on most urgent tasks
  • Flexible and proactive approach to track down resources and gather information
