Job Summary

Ochsner Health is seeking a skilled RN Cath Lab Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our cardiovascular team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to physicians
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Current RN license in state of practice
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
  • Experience in cardiovascular nursing preferred
