Chief Ecommerce Solutions Manager

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with executive-level decision makers at top brands in the Travel, Financial Services, and Telco verticals.
Your primary goal will be to expand Criteo's advertiser footprint within these industries while delivering against new business targets.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic company that is revolutionizing the commerce marketing landscape. As a Senior Sales Director, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth through the sale of Criteo's offerings, including identity/user graph, CRM, social, in-app, and search retargeting solutions.
- Qualify potential advertisers and build a pipeline of large ecommerce, travel, financial services, and telco advertisers to deliver against new business targets.
- Present and evangelize the Criteo value proposition to executive-level decision makers.
- Solution sell Criteo offerings by identifying client needs and industry trends, while selling into long-term uncapped budgets.
You will work closely with internal teams, including account strategy, operations, analytics, and product, to support sales efforts and deliver against established performance KPIs. Additionally, you will partner with a broad range of stakeholders to meet and exceed customer and organizational goals.
What We NeedWe are looking for a seasoned sales professional with 5+ years of experience gained in an online environment. You should have a strong understanding of omnichannel marketing strategies, the digital landscape, and ecommerce. Fluency in performance marketing, with experience selling or managing related technologies and technology providers, is also essential.
- Strong knowledge of site tagging, ad serving, DMP, attribution, and CRM technologies.
- Self-starter capable of opening doors across clients at all levels.
- Ability to persuade executive-level management of Criteo's value proposition.
Criteo offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes a comprehensive health insurance plan, generous vacation policy, happy hour, snacks, arcade/game rooms, travel & reimbursement options, and 401(k) fully vested matching.
