About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Advocate to join our team at Target. As a Guest Advocate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, providing personalized service, and ensuring that our guests feel welcome and valued.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Engage with guests, build relationships, and promote products and services to drive sales and guest loyalty.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a seamless shopping experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and guest services area.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and mobile payments.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and sales to provide informed and personalized recommendations to guests.
  • Support store initiatives and projects, such as inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales promotions.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
