Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Instructional Designer to join our team at Bayside Solutions, Inc. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and developing e-learning, instructor-led, and virtual instructor-led curricula.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with team members, subject matter experts, and business owners to create comprehensive and audience-specific training.
  • Manage multiple assigned projects, communicate status updates, and proactively identify changes in the scope of work.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to plan and deliver on urgent timelines.
  • Support the delivery of training and incorporate critical feedback.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience designing and developing training materials for instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, and e-learning.
  • Experience carrying out all activities in the Training Development Life Cycle using the ADDIE model.
  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience designing and developing blended learning using tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate, Articulate Storyline, or Camtasia.
  • Experience with video creation tools such as FinalCut Pro or Camtasia.
  • Experience with Adobe Captivate is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience in virtual training facilitation and engagement techniques.
  • Knowledge of instructional design methodology and adult learning concepts, principles, and practices.
  • Able to manage projects to meet deliverable dates.
  • Able to give and receive feedback.
  • Self-directed with strong project management skills and initiative to learn new applications independently.
  • Experience with Confluence is a plus.
