Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Mixology Expert to join our team at Jawbone Group LLC. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and Welcome Guests: Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and enthusiastic manner, creating a positive atmosphere for our guests.
• Serve Beverages: Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes, ensuring that all drinks are prepared to perfection.
• Maintain Bar Area: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring that it is always tidy and well-stocked.
• Process Payments: Take drink orders and process payments accurately, ensuring that all transactions are handled efficiently.
• Monitor Guest Consumption: Monitor guests' alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service, prioritizing their safety and well-being.
• Provide Personalized Service: Learn guests' preferences and provide personalized service, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
• Collaborate with Team Members: Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service, maintaining a positive and productive team environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1+ years of experience in the restaurant industry, with a strong background in mixology and customer service.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on hospitality and customer service.
• Availability: Flexible availability, including nights and weekends, to meet the demands of our busy bar.
• Skills: Positive attitude, strong customer service skills, ability to multitask and pay attention to detail, and ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Certifications: Food handler and alcohol certification required, with 1+ years of mixology experience preferred.
