Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Air Show Coordinator to join our team at Ladgov Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and executing the 2022 Kaneohe Bay Air Show.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with military performers, civilian performers, and support personnel to ensure their needs and requirements are met.
  • Develop and coordinate programs, goals, objectives, and other activities to facilitate implementation of the Commander's decisions.
  • Maintain Air Show policies and by-laws, and ensure the Air Show's risk management program is cogent and effectively implemented.
  • Coordinate with Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) for air show business activities, including seating, signage, manpower, sponsorship, marketing, souvenir program development, air show websites, consumer fair, food and beverage concessions, novelty sales, and radio and television coverage.
Requirements
  • Strong communications skills, including the ability to interact efficiently with Marine Corps Officers, Senior Non-Commissioned Officers, and Civilian Employees.
  • Thorough knowledge of pertinent laws, regulations, etc., that will affect the successful development and coordination of the 4 phases associated with conducting an Air Show (planning, preparation, execution, and post air show).
  • Extensive prior experience working as Air Show Event Owner (Director/Coordinator) of complex air shows.
