**About the Job:**
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate occupational therapist to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert rehabilitation services to patients in their homes or other settings. You will assess patients' daily living and work-related skills, develop individualized treatment plans, and administer diagnostic tests to evaluate their level of function.

**Responsibilities:**
  1. Assess patients' physical and emotional well-being through diagnostic testing and evaluation.
  2. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  3. Provide therapeutic treatments and instruction to patients to improve their strength, coordination, range-of-motion, and overall function.
