Position Overview

We are looking for a committed individual to become part of our team as a Culinary Preparation Associate. In this position, you will be tasked with the preparation of a diverse range of food items, ensuring adherence to our established portion sizes and recipe guidelines. Your main responsibilities will include crafting chicken salads, pimento cheese, side salads, soups, sauces, cookies, desserts, and other culinary delights utilizing various kitchen tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain compliance with Brand Standards regarding uniform appearance and personal hygiene
  • Complete all opening and closing preparation tasks and checklists
  • Consult the Daily Prep List for designated responsibilities
  • Prepare food items in accordance with CSC recipe and product standards
  • Ensure a clean and sanitary workspace
  • Participate in employee meetings and contribute suggestions for enhancement
  • Report any equipment malfunctions and food quality concerns to Management
  • Utilize Standard Recipe Cards for food preparation
  • Carry out additional tasks as directed by Management
