Position: Executive Support Specialist to CEO - Bilingual Spanish
Location: Financial Sector
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage extensive scheduling and calendar coordination for both professional and personal commitments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, acting as a "gatekeeper" for the CEO.
- Handle, filter, and assess all incoming communications directed to the CEO.
- Generate compliance documentation to support the CEO in leading the organization effectively.
- Coordinate directly with various healthcare providers and medical institutions.
- Input the CEO's tasks into project management tools to ensure timely completion by staff.
- Execute various personal errands as required.
- Prepare presentations, meeting summaries, and official documents.
- Maintain and organize contacts within the email management system.
- Conduct ad hoc projects as assigned.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
- A minimum of 4 years of demonstrated experience as a Personal Assistant.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience supporting senior executives.
- Fluency in Spanish is essential.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM with flexibility for extended hours.
