Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team at Anderson Electrical.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to ensure smooth project execution
  • Run electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and quality workmanship
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents to inform project decisions
  • Schedule and coordinate work activities, including assigning tasks to electricians and subcontractors
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide guidance on problem-solving techniques
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and change orders
  • Collaborate with project managers to address any concerns or requests throughout the project

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as an electrician with a commercial background
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Strong communication and organization skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
