About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Nurse Specialist to join our team at DaVita. As a Dialysis Care Provider, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to patients with end-stage renal disease.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver dialysis treatments to patients in a hospital setting
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
- Experience in intensive care, critical care, or medical surgical settings preferred
