Position Overview

The HVAC Technician 2 plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers by providing top-notch support for portable HVAC equipment. This position requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of equipment operation and repair.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and install rented HVAC equipment, ensuring proper operation and safety
  • Train authorized operators on safe equipment use and provide technical support as needed
  • Communicate effectively with customers, managers, and sales engineers to schedule deliveries, pick-ups, and service calls
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment, maintaining accurate records and tracking of in-stock and rented equipment
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of formal HVAC experience or training
  • Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to work some after-hours and weekend shifts during peak periods
  • HVAC Certificate preferred
