Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Public Area Cleaner to join our team at the Meon Valley Hotel & Country Club. As a Public Area Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of public areas, including corridors, stairs, and public toilets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean all public areas, including corridors, stairs, and public toilets
- Clean all function rooms and offices as required
- Clean all staff quarters, corridors, and lounges
- Assist the chambermaids in their duties as required
- Report to the Head Housekeeper any maintenance repairs
- Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as required
Requirements:
- Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Ability to lift and move heavy cleaning equipment and supplies
What We Offer:
- An attractive salary from 10.50 to 10.75 per hour
- Up to 28 days holiday including bank holidays per annum
- Meals on duty (subject to eligibility)
