We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Genesis Healthcare Services. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform nursing assessments and develop effective plans of care in collaboration with the nursing team and other disciplines.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks and interventions are implemented.
- Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.
Requirements:
- Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
- CPR Certification is required.
