We are seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to join our team at Success Academy, a network of top-performing charter schools in New York City. As a teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of our students and helping them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lesson Planning and Instruction: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and align with curriculum standards.
• Assessment and Evaluation: Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and observations, providing timely feedback and support to help students improve.
• Classroom Management: Establish and enforce classroom rules and procedures to maintain a productive learning environment.
• Communication and Collaboration: Communicate regularly with students, parents, and guardians regarding academic progress and behavioral issues, and collaborate with other teachers and staff to support student success.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree before your first day of work with Success Academy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for learning and commitment to student development.
• Ability to work in person in New York City (with a $2,500 stipend for qualified relocations).
