Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team at Hospitality Syracuse Inc. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during your shift, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of employees to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute the Manager-In-Charge Success Routine to ensure consistent customer satisfaction
  • Ensure all Team Members complete their Shift Excellence tasks and maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Provide regular feedback to the RGM on the performance of Team Members and actively participate in their training
  • Assist the RGM with facility maintenance, inventory management, and cash control procedures
  • Perform other duties as required by the manager
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license
  • Strong preference for internal promotion from Hourly Champion position
  • Able to do basic business math, stock shelves, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude
