We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Production Technician to join our team at Material6. As a key member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform various production tasks to meet quality and productivity standards.
- Inspect equipment and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in production and quality control.
- Document production data to track progress and identify trends.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals and objectives.
- Follow safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training is a plus.
- Proven work history in production or a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with welding (Mig) and blueprint reading is a plus.
- Proficiency with heavy equipment (crane, forklift, etc.).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing production needs.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to stand; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. and work entire shift, except breaks and lift and maneuver up to 25 pounds on a regular basis.
