About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology Expert to join our team at a hospital in Dayton, OH. The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical cardiac electrophysiology and be able to provide exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:
The Electrophysiology Physician Specialist will be responsible for covering inpatient EP consults and cases. A minimum of 1 year experience in the field is required.

Qualifications:
- Ohio license (*Must have)
- DEA w/OH address
- Board certified
- ACLS
- BLS
- Covid-19 vaccination card
- Diploma
- Internship/Residency Certificate
- TB Test (within last 12 months)
- Flu vaccination card (within last 12 months)
- Procedure logs (past 24 months showing inpatient encounters)
- 3 peer references (within the past 12 months)
- CAQH
- COI for all affiliations

Working Conditions:
- Hospital setting
- Monday-Friday (8a-5p)
- Approx 6 months duration
