We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team at FirstService Residential. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring the overall security and safety of our residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and service providers
  • Manage front desk operations, including checking guests in and out, handling phone calls, and responding to emails
  • Monitor and operate electronic security control systems
  • Maintain daily logs, records, and forms
  • Respond to emergency situations in a timely and efficient manner
  • Monitor and control access to the building
  • Resolve and follow-up on all complaints/issues
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalency preferred
  • College level courses in business or hospitality preferred
  • Two (2) to three (3) years of business experience preferred
  • Computer literacy and command of information system hardware/software preferred
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Multiple language fluency is desirable
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift 30 – 50 lbs
  • Work in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods of time
  • Handle, finger, grasp, and lift objects and packages
  • Reach with hands and arms
  • Communicate, receive, and exchange ideas and information by means of the spoken and written word
  • Ability to quickly and easily navigate the property/building as required to meet the job functions
What We Offer:

As a full-time exempt associate, you will be eligible for full comprehensive benefits, including your choice of multiple medical plans, dental, and vision. In addition, you will be eligible for time off benefits, paid holidays, and a 401k with company match. Occasional travel may be required to attend training and other company functions.
