Mary Rutan Health, a leading not-for-profit healthcare organization, is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatrician to join its team.
Job Summary:
This opportunity provides the chance to practice high-quality pediatric medicine in a collegial and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing outpatient clinic care, rounding on newborns, and attending C-sections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting
- Rounding on newborns and attending C-sections
- Taking call for the practice and hospital with a 1:4 schedule
- Collaborating with physicians and advanced practice providers
Requirements:
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Pediatrics
- OH license (or willing to obtain)
- DEA Verbal Confirmation
- PALS and NRP certification preferred
Compensation and Benefits:
The hospital offers a competitive guaranteed base salary, RVU productivity bonus, and patient satisfaction bonus. Additionally, education loan repayment, sign-on bonus, and relocation allowance are available. The package also includes medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance, as well as medical liability insurance.

Bonus Details:
The hospital's compensation package includes a guaranteed base salary and bonus structures that recognize individual and team performance. Bonus payouts are based on productivity and quality metrics. Educators who complete their training at Mary Rutan Health may be eligible for loan forgiveness programs. Note that bonuses vary depending on market conditions and departmental needs, but current data suggests average annual bonuses range between 20% and 30% of the base salary. Healthcare professionals should expect no less than $175,000 – $200,000 per year after benefits in this role.
