Job Summary
As a Utility Cleaner at Marriott International, you will play a vital role in supporting various hotel functions. Your responsibilities may include working across departments, such as the kitchen, food and beverage, and laundry, to ensure cleaning needs are met. You will be responsible for preparing fresh clean linen and spotless dining ware for guests, operating and maintaining cleaning equipment and tools, and transporting dishware or linens across the hotel.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a safe working environment and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Uphold quality standards and ensure uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other employees and departments.
- Support the team to reach common goals and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
Requirements
- No high school diploma or equivalent.
- No related work experience.
- No supervisory experience.
- No license or certification required.
