About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cath Lab Technologist to join our team at Lake Huron Medical Center. As a member of our cardiovascular lab, you will play a critical role in assisting physicians with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist physicians with procedures, including scrubbing and monitoring physiologic and hemodynamic data.
  • Ensure the procedure room is adequately prepared for each procedure.
  • Monitor par levels of instruments and supplies.
  • Participate in departmental staff meetings and performance improvement activities.
  • Assist with invasive and noninvasive cardiac procedures.
Requirements
  • ARRT-R and license as required by State or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) required.
  • Previous experience in a Cardiovascular Lab; preferred.
  • Cardiovascular technologist training program with emphasis in invasive cardiology and hemodynamic monitoring preferred.
  • BCLS (AHA) required upon hire and maintain current.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS); required within 30 days of hire.
  • Proficient computer skills.
